Our company offers a complete line of home services to permanent and seasonal homeowners, as well as renters. Services are provided on a regular or as-needed basis.

South Florida Service Pro will plan, coordinate and supervise repairs and remodeling projects. We work with a variety of licensed, highly skilled vendors and craftsman to alleviate our clients from the stress and worry of finding the right person for the job and having to spend valuable time supervising. All bids are shopped and negotiated in order to obtain the best price for our clients. Basic handyman services are handled in-house.
Concierge Services

What do absentee home inspections and services typically include?
Home inspections are performed according to the property owner's specifications and may be done on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or other determined interval. Once the scope and frequency of inspections are determined, a service package is discussed and agreed upon. Clients are provided with a detailed report of findings.
Typical Absentee Inspections and property checks Include:
- Check mail, bring in packages
- Inspect Interior/Exterior of property to insure that regularly scheduled vendors are performing services to expectation
- Report all visible issues
- Check that appliances are in working order
- Check for visible signs of leaks including ceiling, under all cabinets and water heater
- Check for mold and mildew
- Check for pest issues
- Check that phone, cable, internet and alarm services are working properly
- Check breaker panel and air conditioning
- Flush toilets, run faucets and showers
- Check and reset clocks, thermostats and timer schedules
- Replace light bulbs, batteries and filters
